Roles & Responsibilities:

• Updating & maintaining CRM
• Orders assembly
• Orders checking and QA
• Billing and passing wholesale order to Delivery by coordinating with Sales / Marketing
• Dispatch orders and allocate it on delivery zone
• Returns management
• Returns items QA
• Returns items stock and waste posting.
• Point of contact for packaging & dispatching with Shipper

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience within store /warehouse operations
• Able to use systems and ERP
• Able to take logical decisions during managing orders
