Sales Representative

Role : Sales Representative (Bilingual ) – GCC (Native Arabic speakers )

Position Overview:

As a Sales Representative selling nutritional supplements in the GCC, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of high-quality nutritional supplements to whole salers, retailers, and healthcare professionals. Your primary goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Business Development:
    Identify potential customers, retailers (pharmacies, health food stores, gyms, etc.), and healthcare professionals to target for selling nutritional supplements.
    Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competition.
    Generate leads, make cold calls, and schedule appointments to present products to potential clients.
    Deliver persuasive product presentations and demonstrations to highlight the benefits and features of the nutritional supplements.
    Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
    Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to track and manage sales opportunities.
    Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
  2. Relationship Building and Customer Service:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, retailers, and healthcare professionals.
    Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns.
    Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction, encourage repeat purchases, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
    Provide accurate product information, advice, and guidance to customers, demonstrating expertise and building trust.
  3. Product Knowledge and Training:
    Develop a deep understanding of the company’s nutritional supplements, their ingredients, benefits, and usage guidelines.
    Stay updated on the latest research, studies, and regulatory guidelines related to nutritional supplements.
    Train and educate customers, retailers, and healthcare professionals on the features, benefits, and proper use of the products.
    Organize and participate in product training sessions, seminars, and events to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  4. Reporting and Administration:
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.
    Prepare regular sales reports, including sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis.
    Collaborate with the sales team, marketing department, and management to develop sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the nutritional supplement industry.
  • Strong knowledge of nutritional supplements, health, and wellness industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (English / Arabic).
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Prepare, provide, and present sales reports.
  • Familiarity with the UAE & GCC market and regulatory requirements for selling nutritional supplements.
