Additional qualities of the 100% Pure Biotics Pro:
100% Pure Biotics Pro is a food supplement in the form of capsules containing 100% pure microbial cultures.
100% Pure Biotics Pro is based on 22 different strains of microbial cultures, mostly from the genus lactobacilli and bifidobacteria (Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus brevis, Lactobacillus paracasei, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Bifidobacterium breve, Bifidobacterium lactis, Bifidobacterium longum, Lactococcus lactis, Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus reuteri, Lactobacillus salivarius, Lactobacillus helveticus, Lactobacillus gasseri, Lactobacillus crispatus, Lactobacillus fermentum, Bifidobacterium infantis, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium animalis, Pendiococcus acidilactici).
One capsule contains as much as 18 billion (18 x 109 CFU) of microbial cultures. The concentration of microbial cultures is indicated by the CFU (Colony Forming Units – CFU), which indicates the number of living microorganisms, or colony-forming bacteria.
Also fructooligosaccharides and plant inulin have been added to the product, which are the enzymes that our body is not able to decompose, and which present food to beneficial bacteria in the colon, thus promoting their reproduction.
The intestinal flora is 1 to 2 kilograms heavy “organ”, consisting of a plethora of useful microorganisms, among which the most famous are lactic acid bacteria, such as, for example, Lactobacillus acidophilus or Bifidobacterium bifidum.
A functional intestinal flora is very important, as it helps in decomposing food and transferring vital substances from food through the intestinal wall into the body. Without beneficial lactic acid bacteria and the right-rotating lactic acid molecules produced by these bacteria, the transmission of vital substances to repair, build and purify the body is reduced. However, the balance of the intestinal flora can be quickly disrupted due to various factors such as stress, poor nutrition, too little or too much physical activity, and the use of certain medicines (antibiotics, corticosteroids, oral hormonal medicines, …).
Healthy intestinal flora is the basis of overall health because it represents the body’s first line of defence against various viruses and bacteria in the body, thus positively affecting the overall well-being and functioning of our immune system.
Useful intestinal microbes located in the intestine play an important role in production of useful substances for the body, including B-group vitamins and vitamin K2, while helping to cleanse the body as they are capable of antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal action. When the body lacks useful microbes that break down food intake in the gut, the body can suffer from a lack of many vital substances (magnesium, calcium, vitamins B, A, D, C, Omega 3, …), which are necessary, among other things, for growth and development, as well as to restore and cleanse the body. Thus, more and more “cell waste products” accumulate in the body, toxins …, with an increasing lack of vital substances.
It is wise to invest in health and well-being by a regular care for the intestinal flora, by maintaining or restoring a healthy balance in the gut which is so very important both for our well-being and for our immune system, and nevertheless for beautiful skin and the good functioning of our little gray cells. There are so many reasons why you should not neglect the health of your gut flora, among which to avoid a variety of negative conditions and disorders, and, last but not least, diseases that can be caused by an imbalanced intestinal flora.
