Directions for use

Mix ±1-2 scoops (11-22g) with 10-18 fl. oz. of cold water and stir or shake well.
Amino Stimulant Energy Boost: Take 1-2 servings first thing in the morning and/or between meals.
Pre-workout Focus & Energy: Take 1-2 servings 20-30 minutes before training.
Intra-workout Recovery & Hydration: Take 1-2 servings immediately after training.

Afternoon Pick-Me-Up: Take 1 serving during mid-day crash.

Do not exceed 2 servings per day.
