Directions for use

As a dietary supplement, take one serving 30-45 minutes before your workout with 8-10oz of water or your favorite beverage.
On non-training days, take one serving with a meal containing protein and carbohydrates. ƒƒ The consumption of essential amino acids, like leucine, appears to be most effective at evoking protein synthesis prior to, rather than following, resistance exercise*.
Important Notice: NOT FOR USE BY INDIVIDUALS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS. DO NOT USE IF PREGNANT OR NURSING. Consult a physician or licensed qualified healthcare professional before using this product if you have, or have a family history of, heart disease, thyroid disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, depression or other psychiatric condition, glaucoma, difficulty in urinating, prostate enlargement, or seizure disorder, or if you are using a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) or any other dietary supplement, prescription drug, or over-the-counter drug containing ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, or phenylpropanolamine (ingredients found in certain allergy, asthma, cough or cold, and weight control products). Do not exceed 3 capsules per day. Exceeding the recommended serving may cause adverse health effects. Temporary flushing, itching, rash or gastric disturbances may occur. If these symptoms persist, discontinue use and consult a physician. Individuals who are sensitive to the effects of caffeine should consult a licensed healthcare professional before consuming this product.
